Scout powers are called Recon

Recon 1 - Woodland Stride
Cost: 1 Mana
Wits + Survival + Recon
Duration: 1 day per success
A scout may move through any sort of undergrowth (such as natural thorns, briars, overgrown areas, and similar terrain) at his normal speed and without taking damage or suffering any other impairment. However, thorns, briars, and overgrown areas that are enchanted or magically manipulated to impede motion still affect him. At Recon 3 a scout can ignore even magical terrain impediments.

Recon 2 - Swift Tracker
Cost: 1 Mana
A scout can move at his normal speed while following tracks without taking a penalty. He takes only half the normal penalty when moving at up to twice normal speed while tracking. At Recon 4, a scout can run and still follow tracks with no penalty.

Recon 3 - Watchful Eye
Cost: 2 Mana
Wits + Survival + Recon
Range: Line of sight
Duration: 1 day per success
With this power you become much more alert to dangers, recognizing the signs of an ambush or of a rock slide from a distance and gaining the ability to avoid danger or prepare ahead of time.

Recon 4 - Camouflage
Cost: 2 Mana
Wits + Stealth + Recon
A scout can hide himself and one ally per success in any sort of natural terrain, even if the terrain doesn’t grant cover or concealment.

Recon 5 - Commune with the Land
Cost: 3 Mana + 1 Willpower
Wits + Nature Ken + Recon
You become one with the world around you, attaining knowledge of the surrounding territory. You instantly gain knowledge of as many as 1 fact per success from among the following subjects: the ground or terrain, plants, minerals, bodies of water, the number of people, general animal population, presence and number of powerful unnatural creatures, or even the general state of the natural setting. This power operates in a radius of 5 miles per success.
